USW Anti-Harassment and Anti-Violence Policies and Programs
There are two principles fundamental to the trade union movement: human rights and solidarity. Harassment and violence strike at the heart of both. That’s why the USW has adopted these policies and programs:
- Policy covering district, national, or international events – The USW’s Anti-Harassment Policy – Canada
- Policy covering local union activities, spaces controlled by the local union, and staff employed by local unions – The USW’s Anti-Harassment Policy – Local Unions
- Policy covering area council activities or spaces controlled by the area council – The USW’s Anti-Harassment Policy – Area Councils
- Policy covering all officers and staff of the international union – The USW's Anti-Harassment Policy - Staff (International)
