The 44th Convention of the Manitoba Federation of Labour will be held at the Keystone Centre in Brandon, Manitoba from May 9-11, 2024. The MLF is excited to once again be holding an in-person Convention for delegates. Affiliates are invited to review the full Convention Call Booklet, which was was mailed out to all affiliates at the beginning of November.
All union locals, labour councils, provincial organizations and joint councils affiliated to the Manitoba Federation of Labour are entitled to send delegates to Convention (the formula for delegate representation at Convention is laid out in the MFL’s Constitution).
Affiliates are encouraged to consider equity representation (women, Indigenous workers, workers of colour and racialized workers, workers with disabilities, 2SLGBTQIA+ workers and young workers) as part of their Convention delegations.
