USW is hosting its second national Steel Pride network in Canada, to bring together members of our Steelworkers’ rainbow community from coast to coast to coast.
This time, we are partnering with our friends across the border to invite Steelworkers from the U.S. also! Just like last time, interpretation will be provided in English and French. Unlike last time, we will be offering Spanish interpretation too!
Do you identify as 2SLGBTQIA+1? If so, please come along to the national Steel Pride network meeting on Zoom. Meet members of the National Steel Pride Working Group and talk about what’s important to you.
Thursday, May 30 at 9 p.m. AT / 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT / 6 p.m. MT / 5 p.m. PT for 1.5 hours.
Meet other 2SLGBTQIA+ siblings, hear about the efforts of Steelworkers in other places and get support from peers.
While allies are very valuable and appreciated, this is an invitation for 2SLGBTQIA+-identified Steelworkers.
