If you are staying in the hotel: Parking will be programmed onto your room key and you can settle your charges along with your room charges at checkout. Please indicate to the front desk agent during check-in that you have a vehicle to register, licence plate is not required. The parking lot entrance gate is located east of the hotel main entrance.
If you are not staying at the hotel: Guests coming just for the event requiring parking will receive a ticket at the entrance gate, located east of the hotel main entrance. You will need to go to the front desk to settle your parking charge and validate the parking ticket prior to exiting.
The discounted self-parking rate is $20.

Our 24/7 airport shuttle bus is a 14-seater vehicle and operates on a first-come,first-serve seat availability.
- Shuttle pick-up is every 30-minutes on the hour.
- Pick-up location 1: Terminal 1, Arrivals Level, Platform F3
- Pick-up location 2: Terminal 3, Ground/Arrivals Level, Platform 13
- Guests may call the hotel at 416-675-9444 “0” to call for shuttle pick-up when they are at the designated pick-up spot.
- Complimentary phones are located just outside baggage claim, marked with an orange information sign.
If coming from Highway 427 the hotel is located at the Dixon exit on the east (right) side.
If coming from Highway 401 exit on Dixon Road then head west and the hotel is located just past Carlingview Rd. We are right next to a Subway.
If coming from Airport Road/Highway 409 continue east until Dixon Rd. The hotel is on the north side of Dixon Rd., just past Highway 427. Please note that Airport Rd and Dixon Rd are the same road, just named differently based on whether you’re west or east of Highway 427.
If you are staying in the hotel: Your room number and password are required to log in to the splash page. Guests will be prompted to accept the charge but this will be waived on the back-end of our system.
If you are not staying in the hotel: Use “Westin Conference” to connect to complimentary wifi in the conference room. A password is not required.
