Day of Mourning order form

Day of Mourning is approaching! Don’t forget to order your merchandise.

You can order flags, t-shirts, armbands, canary lapel pins, silicone wristbands and canary stickers by completing the form below. Download the form and fill it out with the items and quantities you want. Once the form is filled out, please send it with a cheque for the total amount of the merchandise to the address below.

Orders (with payment) must be received by mail by Friday, April 12, 2024.

Note that no items will be shipped without advance payment.
