Support the Rolling Barrage’s 10th Anniversary Ride!

The USW District 3 Veterans of Steel (VOS) Committee is asking locals to support an important national event this summer: the Rolling Barrage’s 10th Anniversary Ride across Canada.

The Rolling Barrage raises awareness about PTSD and funds programs that support Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, and First Responders—serving and retired— who are living with service-related mental health injuries.

We are challenging each local to consider a $500 sponsorship. This amount would cover the cost of a fuel stop, and with broad participation, we could collectively contribute approximately $25,000 toward this vital cause.

Additional details about the Rolling Barrage can be found in the attached donation letter from founder and fellow sibling Scott Casey.

We also encourage veteran members interested in joining the Veterans of Steel Committee to sign up here: http://usw.ca/d3vos

Thank you for your continued solidarity and support.

In Solidarity,

Your USW District 3 Veterans of Steel Executive
Shawn McIvor, Chair
Darrin Curran, Vice-Chair
