Federal anti-scab legislation is within reach – we need to keep pushing until we get it!
The USW is committed to winning anti-scab legislation for federally regulated workplaces, which would ban the use of all replacement workers in the case of both strikes and lockouts. This would help nearly one million workers in Canada, including 80,000 USW members.
