Connect with D3 Members

The USW has a proud history of standing up for workers both in the workplace and in the larger community and economy. We achieved this by working together and supporting each other.

It’s important for members to have opportunities to share ideas, discuss concerns they are facing in their workplaces and their communities, and to obtain skills to further their activism within and outside of our union.

Members will engage with each other during conferences and educational opportunities and often feel disconnected after these sessions. That is why we are bringing members together through a variety of new Networks utilizing private Slack Channels and Facebook groups. Members are encouraged to have open discussions and conversations with other USW members from across Western Canada. These Networks are not committees and you can participate as much as you want and from the comfort of your home or on work breaks.
